What is NeuDocs?

NeuDocs is a secure document-collection portal built for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax firms. It lets you create document requests, send clients a one-click upload link, and receive everything in one organised place — without clients needing to create an account.

How does the client upload flow work?

When you send a document request, your client receives an email with a secure, time-limited link. They click it, see exactly which documents you need, and upload files directly — no password, no account required. The link expires after 72 hours; you can resend a fresh one at any time.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Every file is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Uploads are scanned for malware before they reach your portal. Each firm's data is isolated in its own tenant with row-level security enforced in the database — one firm can never access another's data. Two-factor authentication (MFA) is mandatory for all staff accounts.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in the EU (Ireland region). We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new firm gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all features and send real requests during the trial. At the end of the trial you'll be prompted to pick a plan; if you don't, the account enters a read-only state and your data is preserved.

Who can join my firm on NeuDocs?

Staff seats are invite-only. You invite colleagues by email from the Settings page; they receive a secure invite link and join your firm's account. Signing up at /signup creates a brand-new separate firm — it does not add you to an existing one.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle charges your card and handles applicable taxes on your behalf. You can view invoices, update your payment method, or cancel directly from the Billing page inside NeuDocs. We do not store your card details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode until you choose to delete it.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

When you delete your organisation, all client data, uploaded files, document requests, and audit logs are permanently purged within 30 days. This action is irreversible, so we ask for explicit confirmation before proceeding.

Email us at support@neudocs.app. We aim to respond within one business day. Priority support (guaranteed faster response times) is included on the Firm plan and above.
