Refund Policy

We want NeuDocs to be a fair purchase. NeuDocs is operated by Shereef Ibrahim, trading as NeuDocs. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and any refund is issued back to your original payment method through Paddle.
1. Try before you pay
Every plan starts with a free trial. No credit card is required to begin, so you can evaluate NeuDocs fully before any payment is taken. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm the service fits your firm.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. Refunds
If you were charged in error, or the service was materially unavailable or did not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you to make it right, including a full or pro-rated refund of the affected period where appropriate.
Because a free trial lets you evaluate the product before paying, we generally do not refund subscription periods that were used after the trial ended — but we review every request in good faith and aim to be fair.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@neudocs.app from the address on your account, including the approximate date and amount of the charge. We typically respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Billing handled by Paddle
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for NeuDocs purchases. Payment, taxes, and the commercial terms of sale are also covered by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. You can also contact Paddle directly for billing receipts and payment questions.
